Our History

SINCE 1991

Johnson Collab formally known as All Gear is a gear cutting company established in the city of Cape town in 1991. It has been under the visionary ownership and guidance of Daryl & Angelica Johnson, since 2015. Daryl has over 30 years of hands on experience in the Engineering & Gear Cutting / Manufacturing sector and 20 years of business leadership.

Daryl’s integrity, enthusiasm, and strong commitment to customer satisfaction, is the driving force behind our client growth.
